That's crazy you said this, because it just happened up here out of nowhere. I got back from a run about an hour ago and it was gorgeous out and now it's pitch black.

I went to Hooters, it was probably about a year ago now, and I ordered a hotdog. All the hooters girls gathered around(I had thought someone lied and said it was my birthday) and started singing this crazy song about how I am a weiner man and love eating big weiners because I am such a weiner man.

I like Klosterman's thing about how guilty pleasures are stupid, but Hooters is one of those things for me. I feel like an idiot when I'm there, but I can't really complain.

Paul, i was referring to western india, yea. Goanese and caribbean cuisines are similar bc i think they're both coastal regions overrun by indians. Same climate, same people, same (food) resources etc etc.

Curry is more of a north indian thing, but at this point, every region has its own variation

That doesn't sound like a great idea to me. You should wait until after grades are done (assuming this TA does in fact have some say over your grade) and then ask her out. Presumably, you have some way of contacting her. If she has no grading responsibility over you, then you can try to find out if she's single or not, and proceed.

I really wouldn't put too much energy in trying to find out if she's single. Either she's got a ring, or she's available to be asked out. Face it, the old "I have a boyfriend" is probably the gentlest rejection you can get. Who cares if she really does or not?

Well these guidelines work for guys without girlfriends but I would be pissed if someone tried to steal a girl from me thinking like this.

I passed on a girl that would have been one the best notches on my belt because she had a boyfriend that I knew. Wasn't even my friend. I don't want a cookie because right now I wouldn't do the same thing.
