Strongly dislike mayo, but had to train myself to tolerate it in the event I'm at a picnic or other event where the only eating options are slathered in same.

I'll never ever eat mayo again, it doesn't matter what the situation is. I got sick on it in 3rd grade, puked all over myself, and I vowed never to eat it again. Every time I order a sandwich anywhere I stress no mayo. Just the smell of it makes me nauseous.

The only thing I put it on is turkey or chicken sandwiches. I never put it on anything else, but don't care if I order something and it's on there. I never want it on hoagies though. Just oil and vinegar. I've seen people put it on french fries and that just seems gross.

And any sandwich in the salad family - be it egg, tuna, or chicken - is an abomination and should be cast out. Yuck yuck yuck.

my grandmom knew how much I hated mayo, so whenever we had some kind of family gathering and she made potato/mac/whatever salad, she'd always keep a small dish of plain noodles for me. I remember my sister asked to have some one time and she said no, they are for James. I snickered.

The Devil's Condiment.

I'd rather die from starvation than eat mayo.

Mayo is awesome. Any halfway dry sandwich can be made tasty with the addition of mayo. Chicken salad is awesome, and when we order Panera sandwiches for the office, that is always the big hit. Tuna sandwiches go best slathered with mayo, prefereably with diced onions or apples/pears (seriously, the fruit works, as retarded as it sounds if you've never tried it). Spicy mustard is also a good addition to most meat-based sandwiches.

Now I'm hungry.

you sure do seem to have a lot of time on your hands to be on this forum? Do you have a job? Are you a shut-in?

All this being said, I am mildly obsessed with this ham, brie, and honey mustard on baguette sandwich made by this nearby deli.

Not remotely healthy, but incredibly delicious.

Mayo, while not my favorite isn't that bad. I like it on a meatloaf sandwich, or a roast beef sandwich along with hot peppers, not that banana pepper slop real hot peppers. On pretty much every other sandwich though, I'm going mustard. Brown, or Dijon. Eff that Frenches yellow crap.
