uhhh, where do we start?

Play tighter than tourneys for starters.

Dont go ape when you get top pair.

The fact that people watch or play in tourneys then go play cash is a boon for the cash players.

Limit and no limit are completely different animals.

Come play cash game at my place on September 1st and I'll teach you a few more tricks....

learn how to count outs in your sleep
replace your brain with an odds calculator
lose your mind
change your name to phil ivey
you sure do seem to have a lot of time on your hands to be on this forum? Do you have a job? Are you a shut-in?

I went and ordered some poker books to help out my play. I read vol 1 of Harrington on Hold em, and am now reading sklansky's No Limit Hold 'em: Theory and Practice. I also ordered Theory of Poker

good stuff guys, though I'm sure seke knows already. I definitely already knew some of the stuff, but Harrington's was just good, solid advice. sklansky's is really interesting too

Volume 2 of Harrington is the bomb, it makes the 1st look like child's play.
