Later 3 handed I raised with 2-6 of diamonds and showed and you should've seen the look Eric had. He was pretty annoyed that you played down to the river with 26 TRT. :) Although he should've been able to fold ak/aq or whatever he had

Only time all night I bluffed (aside from a nicesqueeze play, but I still had an ace). I was on the button and raised and get called by Eric and his dad. I hit 2 diamonds on the flop so I had to call the first bet since it was only a 1/3 of the pot. The turn bet wouldve made me fold as it wasnt a diamond but his dad called and I was getting 5 to 1 on my money to call so that's pretty much the same odds of hitting the diamond. So when I spiked the diamond I moved all in. Now why he thought TPTK was good with 2 jacks and 3 diamonds is beyond me.

On the hand where you rivered the 6 against me, if the river bricked (say like a J or T or 9 or something), and I made another big bet, would you have called?

I was moving all in unless an ace or King hits (I had early position)- so the question is would you have called me?

Yeah, he was saying he pitched for the Scranton Red Sox. As far as I can tell, the last year the Red Sox had an affiliate in Scranton was in the 1950's. The Phillies didn't have Scranton as their AAA affiliate until 1989.

So I don't know if he pitched for a pro team or a semi-pro team or what...I dunno.

Weird, I just did some searching and couldnt find anything and youre right about the Scranton Sox not being around at that time. Even if he thought Red Barons he wasnt on the 89 team. hmmmmm....

I woulda had to think about it, but I was probably calling a river bet if anything other than a 6 (or 5? whatever other card would have put a 4-straight on the board) hit.

Anyone else considering the WPT events at the Borgata in September?

I'm seriously considering a $250 super satellite to the main event, or perhaps just a buy-in to the $500 first event.

So now you're going to post nudity of my wife and kill me? You'd have to catch me first

Unfortunately though I have a makeup game/softball doubleheader in the afternoon and my buddy's 30th birthday party that night, so I cannot attend.
you sure do seem to have a lot of time on your hands to be on this forum? Do you have a job? Are you a shut-in?
