I am not sure which would upset me more - Trump being elected president or living in a country that elected Trump president. I feel like the latter is ultimately scarier.

Let's be honest though, as I said last week, a lot of what Trump is talking about is already going on and has been for years.

-Surveillance on Mosques
-Database on muslims and other extremists

The FBI and Homeland Security have been doing that for the last 14 years. That's why the Patriot Act was created in addition to the expanded powers of the NSA. Hell, there was an entire documentary on Showtime about Dick Cheney where this is all he discussed. Terror plans have been thwarted by the feds who are undercover in these terror cells and Mosques.

No, I just think the outrage over the possibilities he's raising is incredibly comical considering it's been going on for 14 years.
