Likely they are more aware of ISIS and its ends. In 2010 it was purely in Iraq and former Iraqi military leaders were starting to align themselves with them in order to try to overthrow Iraq.

i'm not being defensive, i was trying to get an answer out of waves of weird answers. not one of the responses was helpful or a response to the question, so that's really weird and gross (pac and SK terms)
