don't overthink it. your former student has concluded you're a with-it, happening, contemporary hipster.

whether he's correct or not, he's contrived some story of your recreational substances use based on imagined and/or real evidence.

if it arises as an issue, the solution is simple: deny, deny, deny.

simple for me, anyway.
Yes, but in a double utley you can put your utley on top they other guy's utley, and you're the winner. (Swish)

i told him over and over that it wasn't me. he told me i could tell him because he used to drink all the time in jr high and it's the same. i didn't bother to explain to him how it's not even close to the same.

if shipping companies could sell ads on their tracking information pages they'd make so much money on the F5 button.

so this got me wondering:

1. did this actually happen? no i never took a bowl to work with me, but did i drop something else that looks like one? (he insists it was a bowl and that he would know)

2. which idiot with which i work actually did this?

3. even if it wasn't me, was this a rumor that spread and did my students (or at least his circle of friends) think i was nyxing during school?

4. is the kid just as dumb as ever?

fun night.

damn I guess Trumark has been banging me for new ATM fee since the New Year and I didn't realize

and here I'm always vouching for them like, "Yeah, ATMs are sparse but they're good with fees and not being shady"
