A friend of mine got her book published a while back and she just heard that it's being made into a movie. Her first book. Into a movie. The director will be the person who directed Country Strong (no idea who that is). I don't think my friend did the screenplay, but I'm not sure. Really happy for her... she's a sweetheart

How many blocks, and what's the weather? Nice day--5 or fewer blocks. Cold but no rain--3. Rain--fuck it.

El Fuego, but I don't really like it much at all. quesadillas are good, but tacos and burritos are bunk

I was pretty bummed when I went there expecting (like the 7th and Walnut spot) that I could also get a beer but I didn't see any selection

I love that Monkey drops awesome news for his friend and the conversation instantly turns to tacos. What's her book about Monk?

for me weekends techincally end at 2pm sunday afternoon. anything between 201 pm sunday and monday morning is a fetal-positioned "fuck i gotta go back to work" purgatory

the theme of sunday night football gives me pavlovian anxiety diarrhea

i'm super fun to be around!
