Just last week she was telling me how worried she is that dude wants a kid right away and she's nowhere near ready for that and, moreover, that she might have just said yes because she's a pushover. I'm not really sure she's perfect for him either, but at 42 he's pretty suiced to have a good looking twenty-something and isn't going to let go. I'm friends with both of them, just think it's maybe a disaster waiting to blow up.
I think you're right. This probably does have disaster written all over it.
How long before the wedding?
Two months. I don't really feel like it's my place to do anything, but I'm gonna try to have a drink with her next week and just maybe do some thinking for her and try get her to make sure she's sure.
I bet if you sleep with her, that might put the kibosh on the wedding.

is being ranked 8 out of 33 good? because "top 10" sounds good, but not when it's only 33 people.

I'm planning on dumping her as my anniversary gift.

It's never necessary to be the best. Just never be the worst. This advice has worked well over the years. 8 of 33 is just fine unless the other 32 are all doofuses (doofi?).
