I traded shifts at work so as to get today and tomorrow off to see the Blueclaws. I'll be watching Pedro's start at work on Wednesday night.

Me: You're in Orlando now, what area of Orlando do you need to get to?
Him: I just need to know how I get to Orlando from here.
Me: Right, this is Orlando. Are you trying to go downtown, one of the theme parks, where exactly are you trying to go?
Him: Just to Orlando.
Me: Go out and take a right and drive down 10 miles.
Him: Thanks!
Me: Yeah.

haha amazing
Why not just go storm Normandy and get shot in the face while you're at it
Why not get a plumbing license and run around high on shrooms stealing peoples' pocket change

I think I've found out some women are too dumb to have a conversation with...it's much easier to talk to them when they're in front of you and they have their mouth closed.

The thread on 'Fugees discussing Moyer/Pedro has 29 posts, while the thread here has 32. Yet, we're the ones who are obsessed with the other team--according to 'Fugees posters. :q

I've been watching the live video on cnn.com of the people stuck on the rollercoaster in CA. Boy does that suck...

But I definitely would say to all the kids out there, 'Kids, it's a bad word. Don't say it. And I'm dead serious.' "

FedEx Tracking claims my package containing a Pedro shirt (and a Werth shirt, plus the Hamels WS MVP shirt given away at Reading) should arrive tomorrow. Would've preferred wearing the shirt to tonight's Mets/Diamondbacks game featuring Big Pelf, but wearing it to Wednesday's day game featuring Ollie will have to do.

It's now confirmed, I'm going to be a dad.

I just told my mom and she kept saying, "hot diggity dog, how 'bout that, hot diggity dog." I don't think I've ever heard her say "hot diggity dog," in my entire life, but she said it like 8 times.

new job, new city, got married, now this. It's an embarrassment of riches.

I had Lil' Vulture, a new job, and a move all in the space of 4 months. I had already been married for 5 years by then though.
