The beach was absolutely incredible. Waves are coming up to the dune fences. They're breaking 10-20 ft off shore and the spray is going 15-25 ft in the air. There was a gigantic piece of driftwood washed up on the shore, maybe 12 ft long, 18 in wide, 6 in deep. My cousin and I picked it up and chucked it back into the break to see what it would do with it. The wood probably floated a block south in about a minute before a huge wave washed it back up on shore. It was funny because when I was in the ocean this afternoon the current was moving swiftly north, to the point where I was able to float a third of a block in twenty seconds. Luckily when I was in it was knee/waist deep, so I wasn't in danger of dying unless I tried real hard to do something dumb, but standing was really difficult, and you had to get out every 5 or so minutes and walk a few blocks south back to the start of the sandbar so you didn't get caught in the rip at the edge of it.

Yeah and in high school I never heard of anyone getting laid from being a good tennis player. Basketball and baseball was where it was at. Even more than football.
possibly going to North Bowl with a black chick (whom i'm kind of crushing on) i work with tonight. strangely not even close to nervous right now. mostly just worried about being too sweaty.
no offense but you are everything that's wrong with America
