Got in a car accident a couple weeks back. I bring my car in to get fixed and the rental car they give me is a PT Cruiser (or a "PT Loser", as others have informed me). I've never felt more ridiculous in a car in my life. How can people not be embarrassed to own one of those hideous things?

Same color red as the jacket on your clown avatar.

Could be worse, I guess it could be yellow.

The name of the car has the word "cruise" in it, and the damn thing doesn't even have cruise control. And other PT Losers like to park right next to it in parking lots which weirds me out a little bit too.

One thing that's fun to do is if anyone ever brings up To Kill a Mockingbird just start talking about A Time To Kill instead.

I'm going to make up some stuff about some other stuff happening that's personal and potentially tragic but cause I'm stoic I won't say specifics.

I can't tell if I have beer goggles but I think that Hope Solo is kinda hot right now. I look forward to checking this tomorrow for more evaluation.

"President George W. Bush told a group of New York school kids on Wednesday: 'Childrens do learn.' Bush made his latest grammatical slip-up at a made-for-TV event where he urged Congress to reauthorize the No Child Left Behind Act." (Reuters)

Yes, "childrens do learn." But unfortunately, the President don't.

Yes, I have a question: can you add more elements to my job to make it more complicated? It was too easy they way we were doing this before. Thanks!

That happens to me on a monthly basis, not to mention just more and more 'parts' of my job and no plan to hire anyone to help me...all about the sales staff...who cause if the operations department (me and one other person do it all including the financial stuff) are about to collapse under the weight of the jobs and being underpaid.

Hope Solo - not so hot - but damn girl, tell us how you really feel about your coach...what year is it again?

It's really unbelievable. To pay a bill, we would write a code on the bill and send to accounting. Took about 3 seconds. We now have to go on our slow as hell intranet and find the project number (yes, everything has a project number, even if I just bought a 5 cent eraser), look that up, and then go through about 20 steps. it's about a 20 minute process for one bill now. yeah, we each process about 10 bills a week. this is all very efficient.
