Michael Young is on pace for 63 runs and 53 RBIs in 657 PA. Even with Ruben's beloved traditional stats he's terrible.

edit: and Rollins is on pace for 61 runs and 43 RBIs in 680 PA. Our leadoff hitter is going to have 61 runs for the season.

since the one hit and one walk in his first 18 plate appearances (.170 ops with an obscenely low babip), asche is .286/.328/.476/.805 over 67 pa's, with an only slightly lucky .327 babip.
all three of his errors were made in that first week, so i suspect his defensive value since then is positive, despite his overall negative.
