Jimmy and MY are the only ones I've heard

Asche is struggling but he always is slow when he jumps levels. I still want them to sign MAG. I fully supported the Utley extension.

Lee is the same pitcher throughout the game, maintaining essentially the same velocity and the same pitch mix. Notice that despite throwing the same pitches, he is expected to be somewhat less effective when batters see him for the third time. But you also have to notice that his decline is only half that of a typical starter.

John Lackey 92.4 3.18 90.6 4.08 -1.9 +0.90
The Quarter Horses are pitchers who are fast out of the gate but fade rapidly. A.J. Burnett, Cole Hamels and John Lackey each start the game as one of the best pitchers in baseball, but by the time one of them is facing the 25th batter of the game, his team would be better off with an average relief pitcher. All three have lost fastball velocity rapidly during games this year. Hamels, despite this velocity loss, has been treated as a thoroughbred, averaging 6.6 innings per start this year. Opposing batters have posted a whopping .833 OPS against him during their third trip to the plate. The Pirates and Red Sox would be wise to have a quick hook with Burnett and Lackey, respectively, if they find themselves in the middle innings of close playoff games.
