All. In.

Just need to have 50 wins at the ASB to give it a real go

44 games til the asb, need to go 25-19 to get to 50 by the asb. Sounds doable to me!

They play all sorts of shitty teams for the next 2 weeks. Score some fucking runs. Win baseball.

I think I'd rather have Lehigh Valley's lineup tonight.

Oh wait, we do.

Revere CF, Hernandez 2B, Rollins SS, D. Young RF, Brown LF, Frandsen 1B, Kratz C, Galvis 3B, Pettibone P.

I watch as many games as possible given my location and need for enough sleep to function. In fact, I often go without sleep just so I can watch my favorite team play my favorite game.

But I'm not sure I agree with your premise. If someone gets too upset to watch and takes a break for a while, I don't think that means they can't have an opinion. There are also casual fans who don't watch every game like us freaks. Are they not allowed to have an opinion? Seems strange to me.

I'm just going to sit back and enjoy tonight's game. Worst case scenario, we split 4 with the Red Sox.

WALLY did a radio hit with Missannelli, talking hitting. Long story short, he preaches jumping on the first good pitch you see, since it may be the only good pitch you see

they can have opinions, but they're usually wrong or misguided because they're not putting in the effort to back those opinions up with anything

I think there are many, many fans who watch the games and don't know much about the game. I also think there are a lot of people who are more casual fans or just don't have time to watch the games (that was the original comment) that know enough to have valuable opinions. I just think people on all sides of the issue have trouble hearing the other opinions because people are passionate about sports and usually believe they are on the right side of the arguments.

I don't have a problem with that approach for discerning hitters like Brown, and have always wanted Utley to be a bit more aggressive early. But it's a recipe for disaster for undisciplined guys
