he goes back into next year's draft. nats get the second overall pick. he's crazy if he doesn't sign.

The Nats would have the 1st and 2nd picks and they would need Strasburg's permission to draft him again.

At what point does baseball look at all the Boras clients refusing to sign and fix this system? This is not the NFL's pay structure issue. The MLB's draft is broken. These high school kids should not be causing a classist structure in baseball. Poor teams should have a better chance than rich teams at improving.
