Who knows what Herman Cain had going on as well. My point is he hasn't seemed much less breathless or disgusting during than before, so to expect anything different going forward seems too optimistic. He had a breathing thing during the 2016 debates we talked about on here.

I'm certainly not "optimistic" that he gets worse. But I do hope that he's only three days or so into the course of the disease, since otherwise he was moving about while infected for a much longer time than has been made clear. And if he's only three days in. he's still in the beginning stages of the disease. The nature of it for most everyone is that they have periods where it's not so bad and the it comes back hard. Useless really to speculate what that will mean for Trump. But he will certainly be dealing with it for the next ten days if not more. The only thing that seems clear is that we will see him when he's at his best, and if we don't see him than things have likely turned for the worse.
