I don’t think the air horn thing would play well with the “both sides were disrespectful” crowd even though it would be well-deserved and less grating than Trump’s actual voice.

Will there be any more debates? When is the next one scheduled? Will Trump be healthy enough to participate? If they do another, I hope they just turn off mics when it’s not the person’s turn to talk.

Yeah I want them in sound proof booths, hell you can turn the lights off too when they are done speaking, I think it would drive Trump crazy.

Biden shouldn't change anything. He should practice how to handle the unexpected situation where he gets 60 seconds uninterrupted to speak.

Yes, I agree. My only caveat is if he's going to win the election, then I would prefer he dies. He'll end up killing thousands more people than Biden's policies will. Dude needs to go, one way or another, and not just because he's trying to turn us into Russia West.

Trump’s sole position on anything is him pumping himself up saying that he’s great and everyone else is against him. He has no real stances on anything. His policy goals are whining about shit and trying to own the libs. Sure, he’s racist and anti-taxes, but that isn’t unique and has just emboldened other racists (and that genie is out of the bottle- these people were racist before and think it’s okay to profess that outwardly now, which is honestly fine with me because now they’re telling on themselves).

I hate to be the bearer of bad news, but whoever is up next in their playbook is likely going to be even worse than Trump. They've seen that going all in on awfulness works. Now just imagine someone like Trump but A) knows when to actually shut up and B) is actually smart

Defeating him is absolutely important but I really hope people don't return to not caring again after he's gone

To me Pence/Haley seems likely but obviously 4 years is a long time. I am not sure Pence would go with that playbook.

We’ve seen other people try the Trump playbook and nobody has been successful with it and that’s with Trump being the sitting president and supporting them. I just don’t see anyone else with the same cult of personality stepping up and being so completely supported/believed by a large swath of the population regardless of what they’re saying.

I don’t expect this perfect storm of racists, conspiracy theorists, dullards, and tax evaders coming together in the future, but I’ve set my expectations low and been disappointed by this country in the past so who knows.

Biden should refuse a same-location debate.

Can’t trust trump to maintain distance or his people.

And it’s an easy way to show how inept Trump is.

If Biden wins, the GOP will roll out Tom Cotton, whom is just as messed up as Trump but has the charisma as a tomato plant.
