Later today, PA Senate Republicans will hold their long awaited hearing with the Dept. Of Labor and Industry to get to the bottom of why the Unemployment system is so slow.

I don’t know how accurate these numbers are, but fun for false hope. It has Bullock 46 Daines 39 for the Senate. Biden is 5 points behind Trump 45/40.

The article isn’t arguing a black female candidate for token’s sake. It is arguing that the most reliable demographic for Democrats is black women. The VP slot should be about winning the election, not necessarily strictly “most qualified.” There are choices that can end up biting you in the butt (see: Palin) but in my opinion all of the candidates listed in the article are at least more politically adept than Sarah Palin and would kill in a debate against Pence.

them gutting the unemployment system was intended. Their candidate for Governor was the one who personally held up the meager funding they even agreed to. It has achieved their goal, which is to give out less unemployment benefits and make it harder for people to access.

The reason the PA GOP wants to 'reopen' is multi-faceted, but one reason is so workers can then be denied UC if their employer is open.
