I’m not sure that I posted this or not but didn’t find it in the quick search. Last week Don announced that his firework show competing with the national firework show on the Mall was such a success they’re going to repeat it. That’s right, in the middle of a pandemic, he’s talking about his vanity project.

I’m not sure that Washington DC was ever made hole for the added security required for that event. Last year it bankrupted the security fund used to pay first responders when event and protests are scheduled. I’m also not sure if the campaign ever paid the $7 million it out for the inauguration. But that was still outstanding July 2019.

Well, maybe not so much these days. I don't know how public ed is financed in Alaska, but at least as far as higher ed is concerned, the state has made huge cuts in recent years, precipitating a major crisis. And it wasn't really because the state had some fiscal emergency.
