It's unlikely he would and up as president because his term would expire, but there is a decent chance it would descend into chaos because the new president would be "chosen by a subset of a Senate that is missing a third of its members." Putin would love it but I don't see how it would help Trump.

That very article you linked states that Trump cannot cancel the election.
It's more complicated than that. He can't legally cancel the election, but he could do it will emergency powers. For example, declare martial law or whatever. I mean, I did read the article.
Martial Law or not, only Congress can delay elections.

Bloomberg's spending is just unfathomable. The billionaire spent a bit under $467 million in February alone, with $31.7 million worth of debt that's more-or-less just an accounting issue for him (filing ). His spending, excluding the debt, for the entirety of the campaign was $876 million — and now he's not going through with his plans for his super PAC.

“And of course, all the senators are going to seek medical advice as to what action we should take,” Romney said before admitting that he and other Republican senators had lunch with Paul two days earlier.
But just minutes later Sen John Kennedy (R-LA) insisted that doctors had told him that he does not have to quarantine himself away from others.
“We’re getting advice so far from the attending physician’s office that we don’t need to quarantine,” Kennedy revealed.

His inability to look more than one move ahead on the chess board remains staggering. It's in your own political interest, you giant orange turd. Need to have the brakes fully on until 1) the curve is bending down and 2) we have very clear testing/tracking procedures set up.
That sure as shit isn't happening by early next week.
