What Sanders thinks? Or what his supporters would think if every nominee dropped out and endorsed Joe Biden in order to beat Sanders? Those are likely 2 very different things.

I hope Bernie cleans up today though.

I think how good the public option would be is getting lost in the shuffle. Which is a good thing since the Overton window has shifted so far left on healthcare.

I do think universal coverage is where we need to get too though and hopefully sooner than later.

It won't help it, but I did see they delayed opening the voting sites in some areas.

PA Democrats Tartaglione and Williams in the Senate and Donatucci in the House are introducing bills to outlaw safe injection sites in Pennsylvania.

Sigh. It really sucks to see opposition to something that will prevent deaths. It's just dispiriting.

If Biden wins a plurality and Bloomberg is in 3rd, I don't think it'd be particularly interesting or controversial.

It gets interesting if Bernie has a plurality but Biden+Bloomberg=majority or Biden has a plurality but Bernie+Warren=majority.

Yeah, Warren is a wild card.

And, while I wish the best of health for Bernie, he was pretty wheezy yesterday. Warren may be hanging in there as the progressive alternative if Bernie cannot complete the campaign.

Yang is a good man and it would be a great eye opener for him to do some of the math he brags about but clearly has never attempted

Perhaps, but Bernie is really hurt by how big California is... the counting won't be done for awhile.

he has literally run on zero policy and only "i was the VP of a black man" and "vote for me to beat trump!" he's awful in every way and represents maybe ~20% of what the population actually wants.

You are aware that all the candidates have posted extensive plans on their websites, right? Hard to sit here and read this when I've gone to Biden's site and read plenty about what he's offering. Might not agree with all of it, but there's stuff there. Maybe policy is lacking in these vapid debates, but it's not non-existent in other channels.

Man, the Dems started out with such a diverse field of candidates and end up bending the knee to the DNC and a half coherent Joe Biden.

So much for being a progressive party.
