Per this "new" doctrine, if you are in the military and stationed overseas and have a child, that child no longer has natural born citizenship. The child can be naturalized, but this removes all ability to claim the child is a natural born citizen - thus ineligible to run for president. Seems to me like it is an anti John McCain rule.

That was exact response my naval officer friend said to me.

When he gets caught with his long tie shoved in his pants fly then he comes up with the idea that he was just kidding. What the fuck is he nine years old?

Lol he denied it in a tweet today. Of course his staff confirmed it. Best people.

Seems like there may be a a significant trend in his approval rating per the 538 poll aggregator. Approval has dropped 1.4% in the last month , and net disapproval of 12.8% is the highest it's been in nearly a year.

This is a disgrace. Perhaps we can fix it by having draft dodgers lose their citizenship.

This is something that political pressure should be able to reverse. Republicans cannot possibly stand for this if put on the spot. It is a total disgrace and if you put this on a ballot it would be crushed, and rightly so. It's indecent.

I'm pretty sure that you can't be pardoned preemptively (fairly certain a conviction is required), so that won't protect these idiots when the DOJ files an action in Feb 2021 after fucknuts loses.
I know what you're asking yourself and the answer is yes. I have a nick name for my penis. Its called the Octagon, but I also nick named my testes - my left one is James Westfall and my right one is Doctor Kenneth Noisewater.

Not so. See, e.g., Nixon, Richard M.

President Donald Trump is heavily considering a plan to block $250 million in military assistance to Ukraine, a move that would further ingratiate him to Russian President Vladimir Putin. Multiple sources familiar with the issue tell CNN that the President has floated the idea of halting the funding program for weeks. The White House has recently notified relevant agencies and congressional committees of its intent to block the aid to Ukraine, one source said.

Also likely that whatever illegal actions might be undertaken to please the Orange Emperor will violate federal and state laws, and Joe Arapaio has no power to pardon the state crimes.

But can you be pardoned for something you’ve yet to do? Because that is what Trump seems to be doing - offering a pardon in advance to induce people to go illegal, if needed, to get his wall built.

I would think that would make the President guilty of doing whatever it is he asks his people to do. Like, for example, if the President said, “Don’t worry about murdering Michael Cohen and getting caught, I’ll pardon you,” if anyone who heard him say that murdered Michael Cohen... uh...

On a related note I am reasonably certain this is the plot of Act V of Richard II.

Hong Kong Public Order Ordinance is going to be enforced which prohibits gatherings of more than 30 people with out approval, etc. and so on to assure public safety, address national security, etc. It comes with an up to 5 year jail sentence and a 10K HKD ($1K USD fine). First arrests have happened.
