Actually, the Constitutional requirement was long satisfied by a letter.

heard a teaser that he plans to deliver the SOTU outside the capital. You know that is not happening. He is an indoor guy. If he did you might imagine a protest erupting. This is an idea that lacks quality. A potential upside is the freelance carpentry jobs that he could create for displaced workers.
