I hadn't heard about this until I saw your post. Rudy is an absolute joke. I honestly have no idea why Trump keeps him around (though I'm glad he does). He is terrible. I wouldn't hire him to defend me from a parking ticket.

I missed all the everything it seems, but it is pretty clear that Trumps version of "Best People" indicates that he has no idea what that means past finding sycophants or its synonym lickspittle which I heard for the first time the other day... what a mental image. Maybe the right word is actually flunkey, because it is pretty obvious that Rudy had to have flunked a bunch of pretty basic shit to be this incompetent.

At his old age it appears that Rudy is a cognitively impaired megalomaniac.
