Of course it is not even vaguely true

Yeah. It’s unbelievably false. The NYtimes figured out where the number came from and you can guess which racist Iowa congressman doesn’t know how math works.

The 63k takes all illegals incarcerated and multiples it by the federal murder rate. That’s it. Ignoring that crime isn’t evenly distributed and that many illegals are in jail for being an illegal, not for murder.

MSM will pivot away from the children and healthcare now. It will fully take the bait.

No mention of Manafort. Stone. Illicit use of a charity. Nope.

Janus most likely not today, so I'm bad at guessing

For those not following along at home: There was only 1 box of decisions today, and the first case of Abott v. Perez (racial gerrymandering) was a 93 page decision.

EDIT: I misnamed this case, no one called me out on it, so I'll call myself out

So there are 4 cases left:

Florida v. Georgia (original jurisdiction case) a dispute about water use

Janus v. AFSCME - Union case

NIFLA v. Becerra - involves First Amendment and abortion

Trump v. Hawaii - Travel ban

Pretty hefty case load left

Jason Kander is running for KC Mayor in 2019, so it appears one young up-and-comer is out of the 2020 running. He has probably traveled the most out of any potential "serious" candidate so I bet there are some sighs of reliefs coming from other potential challengers.

Saw this last week and was pretty confused. He had no shot of winning the nomination.

I disagree. He has high name recognition, is young, is hustling, and this was all while not campaigning to become President. I don't know if he could capture the Obama 2008 magic, but I wouldn't have counted him out.

Don't think a person less than 40 years old would be elected President at this point. Still too many old people voting that would not vote for him because of his age.

That's a fair point, but if he (or any younger candidate) get off strong in Iowa and NH, all bets would be off. Vote mobilization is important, especially in the Iowa caucus, and that is Kander's thing right now. He will be a strong ally to whomever he endorses. If he does get elected KC Mayor whether or not he endorses a candidate in the Missouri primary will be intriguing (in 2016 it was held after Super Tuesday, so its significance could be little).

High name recognition with who? People who spend their entire day on Twitter, maybe.

You don't go from 1 term as Missouri Secretary of State to getting nominated to run for president.

Also I mean

Jason Kander @JasonKander
First conversation I had today:

“Daddy, why do you want to be mayor?”
“Because I love Kansas City and I want to help people.”
“Because Kanders help people, right?”
“Sure do, Bud.”
“Can I help you be mayor?”
“Sure can.”
“Ok I’m gonna help you help a lot of people!”
