T-ball commissioner:
Just wanted to see what ur thinking for tonight?

Me:
We don’t do anything fancy. A little practice and three innings of a game, all t-ball. Is that what you mean?

Commish:
Yep
We started throwing to our kids. So if u want to try with some. That's fine. If not that's fine too
We started with a couple kids in game 3. But now all the kids are doing it. 5 pitches and then to a tee. We go fast and I'll only have 8 there tonight.

What time do u want to start the game? I like to tell my team so that grandparents and people like that don't have to sit around for awhile

Me:
6:15 is fine. I still have kids hitting the tee itself, so we’re going to continue working on that.
Are you doing that the whole game?

Commish:
Yeah. We do it the whole game

It's good to stretch the kids abilities. I have a kid with a serious disability (he won't be there tonight) but he's even hit the ball when pitched.

It's totally ur call when u want to introduce it

Or if u ever even want to

Postscript: they were very good. The HS coach is one of the assistants. We still managed to get actually hits and possibly one out in the field. A few of their kids did end up hitting off a tee, so yeah.
