speaking of crust, gave bufad another try yesterday. dont think i will be going back. just doesnt do it for me.

so i think this guy works(ed?) at pizza brain. he makes square pies that you have to reserve which you either go to a bar to eat or pick up at a location he says once you place the order.

got to try it at marthas a few weeks ago. it was pretty incredible. loved the cripsy cheese that was around the edge/crust area.

Had pizzeria Vetri square pie today. Really fucking good. Bums me out they have crap reviews on Google and Yelp. Feel like people are expecting shitty greasy mall pizza instead of this decadent light and airy thick pizza. Got a suasage and peppers and a cacio Pepe. Both great. Wish it was in philly and not KoP

Yea. It's all Roma style. They have other menu items but the pizza is just sheet pan Roma style. It's really fucking good

It was my wife and toddler -- brought me back a slice and metball
