We've been making pizza almost weekly since being quarantined. Gotten pretty good at it. My wife makes the dough from scratch. I usually just make it with whatever is in the fridge. Tonight I discovered a total lack of any of the usual suspects for protein so I sliced up some beef sausage sticks I got at Costco. I added some pickled red onion and drizzed Cholula over the top.

Do you pickle your own banana peppers? Just curious because I love peppers, especially hot peppers and banana peppers are the only ones I don’t like and in fact I hate them to the point where I ask at a restaurant/deli/etc. if they use them. I’ve only had commercially prepared ones though.
