FWIW, a list of the 101 best pizzas in the US.. This article notes the five in NJ, but they're all actually in that state to the north of me. The five PA places are all in Philly, and the usual suspects: Pizza Brain, Santucci's, Pizzeria Vetri, Osteria and Beddia.

Had the pizza at Wm . Mulherin tonight and figure it can compete with anyone's. We tried the zucca pizza and it worked perfectly.

All of these lists are fun; this one hits a lot of good places all over, but leaves many off, too.

Norma's Pizza in Roots Market (Manheim) is light years ahead of Santucci's, for instance. Vetri and Osteria? Redundant. Tacconelli's belongs in Philly's Top Five, for certain.

And the best Neapolitan in the city is not Osteria or Vetri, but Capofitto in Old City.

Best pie in town - for me - is still Pizza Brain, but I haven't been to Beddia yet.

Went to Square Pie last week. holy hell was that pizza really good. Kinda in-between a Sicilian and a Grandma Style. A little more doughy/chewy inside than a traditional grandma-style pizza but the exterior was really crispy. Toppings are really great. We got 2 Small pizzas(8 slices or 2 for each person) a salad and some croquettes. everything was pretty awesome. BYOB helps a lot. our bill was less than 40$.

My mom was comped $100 food voucher at Sugarhouse and brought home 5 Tacconelli's pizzas. Really pales in comparison to the Port Richmond location. But still Tacconelli's.

Had Alex's in Rox for the first time, due to a recommendation on FB you Bucky. Good stuff. Thin and crispy, sauce is fantastic. Will go back

The BEST! I prefer it a little thicker and less crunchy- so I always order extra cheese "Baked Light". Their sauce is good- I always get complaints that it's "too sweet". eff those losers!!

But to me, it's their cheese blend. I used to try to get the <original> owner to tell me what it was, but he would never budge.

We all thought it was pretty close to perfect. Went great with wings from Dawson. That place is as close to no frills as you get. That's our new spot now after going to Zesto on Ridge for the last 5 years
