I really have no problem at all with what they did

Good bat
Two back-end starters (counting Smyly)
Once-solid reliever

They gave up quite literally nothing.

They aren't going anywhere unless Harper, JTR, and Hoskins all get hot anyway so
Bed and bath i love this places

Well his Phillies career was pretty short.

@joegigilosports With David Robertson done for the year, the Phillies paid $26.7M for 30 total innings out of Pat Neshek, Tommy Hunter and Robertson this season.

What if we're the team where injured relievers go? Like, they know their arm is shot, and most teams' medical staff would catch it. But the Phillies won't, so they sign a modest multi-year deal with us before they get shut down. Every industry has employers who don't do diligence. Maybe that's the Phillies?

When Vargas pitches tomorrow night, it will break the Phillies franchise record of pitchers used in a season

Who knows, but wouldn't you guess, no? He pitched into the playoffs last year after 69 games in the regular season, with no time off. Are you going to order an MRI in case he played too much racquetball in the off-season?

Him only wanting to pitch a few times in spring training seems more curious in retrospect...

He only pitched 5.2 innings last spring as well.

Anyone else think we still have a shot at the division? Because I am still optimistic that the offence goes on a serious tear.

So you're telling me there's a chance...

Yeah, the team is good enough to get hot for 2 months.

Wonder who’s getting hurt in the next week so Nick can come back up.
