I'd think many baseball fans would know Blake Parker. He was on my fantasy team last year and had 14 saves last year and 10 this year.

Was rather embarrassing when they mentioned this on 97.5

Missenelli tried to react to it and it became clear he had no idea who he was.

"He's not in the majors though, right?"

"Yeah, he pitched in 33 games for the Twins"

"So, he's going to the rotation?"

"No, he's a reliever"

I keep wondering what's up with him. Would love to know what he's doing with himself. City loves him, wish he'd show, but totally understand if he's just doing his thing and doesn't want to travel.

Didn't we sign a guy last year that is very similar to smoak then traded him in the offseason?

Top heavy draft. Betts the only real star picked after Greene.

I am surprised that the team finishes July with a winning record for the month. The losses have been so punishing my brain has trouble accepting this fact.

I think if Bruce comes back and they can pick up a good RH batt I’ll feel good about this lineup again.

Does anyone actually like this one deadline thing? The second waiver deadline was always fun.
Two days later I get a text back that says I'm a basketball player and a businessman, not a Thundercat.

I think they should have one deadline, I'd just move it back a week or two.

Definitely don't like the one deadline thing, the second waiver deadline was great, following who passed through waivers, who got claimed and then pulled back, and then the post second waiver deadline trades were great too, trading for a guy but he's not eligible for postseason, true hired gun shit. Also liked the expanded rosters in September, too bad Kapler ruined that for everyone.

Getting a feel with some of the new blood and the Giants and White Sox this week that we are gonna go on a little run... would have liked Puig... would take Blackmon or Castellanos yet if the price is right
Even if you get run over by a clown car and pissed on by a busload of school children, it's still your responsibility to interpret the meaning of the event and choose a response
