I agree that i'm not sure she needs pennsyltucky. but it would smart if she started to campaign in bucks/delaware/berks instead of being in philadelphia every week.

i guess the idea is that it's easier to gather a bunch of people in Philly and it's easier to get the media to cover it and disseminate.
