Not only speaking but afterwards on live television basically confirming that he called Hillary a c*nt on Twitter.

Much like that soap opera guy not only speaking but afterwards going off about Obama being a Muslim.

These guys aren't just random d list celebrities, they're insane d list celebrities.
Two days later I get a text back that says I'm a basketball player and a businessman, not a Thundercat.

“There is no cribbing of Michelle Obama’s speech. These were common words and values that just happened to be organized in the exact same sequence and context in which Mrs. Obama presented them eight years ago. Benghazi.,” Paul Manafort said in an interview with CNN early Tuesday.

I completed Mr. Manafort's thought for him.

Ah, cool, I am glad that Mrs. Trump did not cross over our fantastic Governor's arbitrary plagiarism threshold. I quoted Shakespeare in a speech earlier this year; I guess I needn't have bothered with my attribution since it was like 1% of the total content. Live and learn.

Trump advisor Sam Clovis "from academia" said it is not plagiarism. Just common words. He sees it all the time in peer reviews. That was just her speaking from her heart, words she truly means. Then he basically called her hot, like really hot, like did you see how hot she is... yikes. (on CNN) Also said he had not see the side by side, but it is purely a coincidence. Its just politics, and that is a shame.

70 words, 3 passages, in 2000 words. Now some hat (Sean Spencer) is quoting my little pony, Kid Rock, Public Enemy, IceT, etc., saying that they googled it and they said the same thing... but they are similar in a few words, not essentially quotes you clowns. But now he changed it up and said it is the same. This dude is bonkers.

Then there is Gov Pence who cannot say a date without using AND. 19 AND 80, 1900 and 88, etc.

"Plagiarism" has too many letters in it for me to Trumpify it. Come to think of it can that balding ape say "Melania" without fainting?

I did not realize that Sean Spencer is the RNC's chief strategist while he was citing My Little Pony Sparkle (something or other) to argue that Melania Trump did not plagiarize in her speech.

Christie said that it is not plagiarism because plagiarism is an intentional act, then said that 'all' potential first ladies have familiar speeches.

As a former copyright attorney I can tell you that the amount taken versus the overall length of the work is immaterial in a copyright infringement case. For example, there's the (in)famous case where George Harrison was found to have committed copyright infringement for copying 3 notes of the song, "He's So Fine" in composing his song, "My Sweet Lord."

As a judge once said in another case: "A slice of the loaf is still bread."

Honestly. I can see how people (me included) would find it humorous. Appalling or nefarious is a pretty big stretch though.

i dont think it is wrong to say it is symptomatic of the lack of attention to detail the campaign has exhibited over the past 12 months. not sure why that would be considered low hanging fruit?
