Actor, former underwear model and reality show star Antonio Sabato Jr. — who stumped for Donald Trump on the floor of the Republican National Convention Monday — told ABC News that he "absolutely" believes President Barack Obama is a Muslim.

"We had a Muslim president for 7 1/2 years," Sabato said. "I don't believe he is [a Christian]."

Trump, who spearheaded the birther movement, repeatedly questioned whether the president is an American and if he is a Muslim.

Obama has repeatedly said that he is a Christian.

Sabato said that for the last 7 1/2 years, he has "seen this country take a bad turn" under Obama's leadership. "This guy made it really hard for me to support him," he said about Obama, saying that the president entered office with an agenda to move the country to the left.
He said that police officers and the military don't like Obama and implied that he was not American.

"I believe that he's on the other side ... the Middle East," Sabato told ABC News. "He's with the bad guys."

He said that he was not concerned about vocally supporting Trump in liberal-leaning Hollywood and didn't care if that caused people to judge him.

"So be it," he said.

my least favorite part of this election has been old-guard Republicans acting saddened and aghast like they didn't foster, support and rely on that kind of attitude to fuel their party for decades now.

Nope, it's definitely this PC culture run amok. It's not racism, homophobia, xenophobia if those people wouldn't be offended by something stupid like systematic oppression.

Here's what I think of the coming election:

It ain't no party, it ain't no disco, it ain't no fooling around.

Melania's speech is just another example of immigrants stealing things from hardworking Americans.

A McGill University Astrophysicist calculated the odds of those words in that order falling out of Mrs. Trump's mouth at one in 87 billion. Mrs. Obama must be please with those numbers.

and for what it is worth i think there has been a lot of coverage regarding the vote yesterday. i sat in my car during lunch and that talked about it a good bit on NPR. they covered it live on my way home yesterday afternoon too.

Even if there wasn't this issue, can you really excuse a Rick roll? It was even sort of acknowledged in that bizarre defense that she quote today pop song.

The same thing happened to Alaska. They announced 15 for Cruz, 12 for Trump, 1 for Rubio. The guy on stage was like 28 for Trump. lol what?

MSNBC is reporting that Matthew Scully wrote Melania's speech. However, the draft he provided to the Trump campaign did not include the Michelle Obama portions.

I wouldn't be surprised if one of the Trump kids or Kushner edited the speech.

Do you think most of these people feel the need to quickly go take a steaming hot shower after announcing for Trump? I mean, it must feel kinda gross.
