Had to skip 3 trains today before there was enough room to get on the El. Fuck SEPTA. Saw 9 trains go east to 4 west in my time at Girard. 8am to 840.

One of the worst flights ever. Felt like I was in the back of school bus going down some disheveled back roads for 3 hours.

I flew from LA to NY last week. Mike D and Weird Al were on my plane. Kept thinking that if it crashed it'd be one of the more famous plane crashes and how it would have been pretty cool to be on it. Was a little bummed we landed safely.

He was sitting in coach. Weird Al was in first class. I almost got a picture of two drivers at baggage claim standing next to each other holding DIAMOND and YANKOVIC signs.

A fellow TA just got an email from a student saying she wasn't at class because she got there early and plugged her phone in and the outlet blew up and the phone was burned as was her hand and she had to go to the doctor

Regarding Mike D's mode of transportation, I should clarify. I always see him on a Razor scooter. Not a Vespa or anything. I'm sure he has a sweet electric car or something.

Today my wife and I volunteered to dye our hair blue for charity. If we get 500 ChF (about $550), we will dye our hair blue and spend the next 4-6 months walking around that way. Neither of us has ever dyed our hair, so it could be an adventure.
