I think you're right. Unless the Reps fight out their primary season by seeing who can move farthest to the right, I think we see a Rep President and a Dem House in 2013.

is there anything remotely resembling a "rep president" on the scene currently? You can't seriously suggest that mopes like Perry, Romney, or Pawlenty, are credible candidates?

Dems are going to win between 1-3 seats, and they need all three that are still in the balance to take the state senate back.
