this is a few years old now, but Harvard did this dialect survey about a bunch of different pronunciations across the country

the philly area has so many accents just within the area that it's tough to describe the delaware valley as dominantly anything. i guess suburban philly has become the most dominant, though. main line, pa dutch, rural, south philly, suburban philly, urban, and don't even get me started on the women.
