Does anyone really prefer video to text on their favorite websites? I really hate how a lot of them seem to be switching to video content (Slate, PFT, and The Onion off the tope of my head).

I agree. If I wanted to watch tv, I'd watch tv on my tv, not on a 3 inch diagonal window on my computer.

By far, in my experience, the worst offender is MLB. I want to check someone's opb, and the next thing you know, I've got some highlight screaming at me.

Now you REALLY need to dump that sony phone and get something windows mobile (or palm or symbian). Watching slingbox on your handheld is extremely handy (especially during Phillies season).
