What else can go wrong?

Within an hour last night, two different neighbors of my Jersey house called me to complain about the tenant. My house has become a haven for domestic abuse and crack slinging. Apparently, the lady's boyfriend and all of his crew have taken over my house. The police and social workers have been in and out all week long. It was only supposed to be the lady and her two kids living there.
