I :h: Slingbox. I :h: my air card.

I'm at the S. Delaware shore- Bethany Beach. Even without Verizon Wireless "Broadband" access (they only have "National Access" here), with a crappy ~125K connection instead of the ~500K broadband connection, I have an acceptable view of the game and PGL. Ain't technology grand.

Baseball at the beach should be listened to on a portable radio with the broadcast brought to you by Atlantic Richfield "Red Ball" service.

With Bill Campbell, By Saam and Whitey doing the pbp and color.

This protein shake tastes like what I'd imaging chocolate poo would taste like.

It's GNC Pro Performance 100% Whey. It was on sale.

What do you use? Can you recommend a good value that doesn't taste bad? I love Muscle Milk, but I'm trying to get lean and build muscle at the same time (I know, hard task), and it is a little too much calories/sugar for me at this stage.

I'd use that, too, but for the reason I mentioned

I've been using EAS, since I'm trying to do pretty much the same thing you are. It tastes decent and it's like 24g of protein and only 2 or 3 grams of sugar, 120 calories or so.

Thanks, I might have to give that a try. I liked Wellements ProBlend 55 but it was a little costly on a per serving basis.

I know I'm doing a good job editing my own work if I'm taking out at least 5 or 6 times more than I put in.

You get about ten minutes of thinking "that looks pretty good" before it hits you that you're going to have to do it all over again far too soon.

Actually staining is almost a barrel of laughs compared to the prep work.

Painting also sucks.

But now my attic is Eagles green and I'm one step closer to having a sanctuary of my own to get down about Philly sports teams in.

You're either a real over-achiever starting his senior year in high school, or true slacker hoping to enroll somewhere tomorrow.

I just had the weirdest olfactory flashback ever.

I pulled on my undershirt, and the smell took me instantly back to a hotel room I stayed at in Richmond, VA, in December of 1977, while on a tournament trip with my HS basketball team. I could see the room in exact detail. I'm fairly certain I've never even thought about that room since checking out.
