Yeah, you can get the health code paperwork, and I saw the one for Philly. Literally every good restaurant was completely gross. I'm never reading it again.

Is breaking up with a girl because you think you're too young or need space or something and then a few months later realizing you're a complete idiot and just blew a shot at real happiness something that everyone does in their early twenties?

No. Or, not exactly. I pretty much did that, and a few months later thought I was a complete idiot, but a few months after that, I realized that my initial instincts were correct.

GOOD CALL! well at least the 360 part.
Why not just go storm Normandy and get shot in the face while you're at it
Why not get a plumbing license and run around high on shrooms stealing peoples' pocket change

Win her back then, it's only been a couple months, it's not beyond the realm of possibility unless in the course of the breakig up you successfully made her hate you more than you should have (i'm excellent at that)

Groveling works, flowers work, confessing what a complete and utter tool you are and how incomplete you are with out her.

Seems like I hear about kids filling out six, seven, over ten college applications, taking the SATs four times or so, plus taking the ACTs.

me = 1 application to the school of my choice and was accepted despite a 3-5% acceptance rate (out of state). me = lucky

Well the phillies suck and are losing in a heart wrenching manner, so maybe your ex hopes it's one of those games and that you'll have a horrible time?

Begging does work,

I tried, might have worked if she didn't have a new boyfriend (who she said is someone she's known for eight years, sounds like a weird setup that won't last long). There's some hope for the future, but I've got to just put it out of my head for now. I appreciate the sentiment.

Yeah I agree. Might as well try to go after her again if you really feel that way, unless theres another reason why you broke up. Have fun, be emotional and crazy, you're so young!

If you really want here, don't disappear, just be her friend and see what happens (but don't sabotage either, sabotage will explode in your face) just stay a part of her life and if it blows up like you think you might get your second chance

Or of course, move on and realize she isn't the only one who you could love (trust me, 'one true love' is just nonsense) and be more open minded next time, regardless of age

I'm pretty much trying to combine those two strategies, keeping a bit of hope but moving on and staying open.

I feel 16.
