He didn't really say anything new at all. Missanelli asked about whether they could afford Halladay and Lee to new extensions, and Stark basically laughed in his face.

The only thing new that Stark really mentioned was that he talked to someone "who has been with Halladay for his entire professional career" and they said that Philly is his clear #1 destination and that he wants to sign here long term.

The Jesse Carlson thing almost gives it a ring of truth to me. It would be just like RAJ to address another need with a throw-in in a big deal, just like he did with Francisco in the Lee deal.
