I don't think so. While agreeing with the Trump portrayal, people still want to know a strong person is dealing with the Putins of the world.

I think Biden would be well-served to totally tune out anything Trump says and simply make his points. Not possible with the louder voice of Trump overpowering him, so I agree with phan's thought of muting mics and we said the same in our house tonight. I'd assume the campaigns won't even consider it but it would help us as the audience so much.

True, but you can’t cure Trump. I gave up after 5 minutes because it was completely unlistenable. Put them in separate rooms, give them their two minutes to say whatever they want without interruption and then cut their mic.
