Use of "denigrate" by this semi-literate buffoon was not accidental.

"Luxury avenues" are not for certain people.

Kellyanne and George Conway's daughter is suddenly a social media tastemaker. What is her topic of choice? Well of course she's on TikTok posting anti-Trump and pro-Black Lives Matter videos. I don't know if the Conway household is a fascinating place, or deeply troubled place, but on the human side of this I do hope for the best for everyone.

Maybe there's some political fanfiction to write where kellyanne is the inside hatchet woman who is the primary leaker of all this stuff.

Remember when people were fascinated by the marriage of James Carville and Mary Matalin? Good times.

They’re playing both sides so that one is guaranteed a job when the dust settles. They’re not dumb. It’s all a fraud on both ends.

our beautiful masked boy
“I would. Oh, I have. I mean, people have seen me wearing one,” Trump said when Burman asked if he would wear a mask. “If I'm in a group of people where we're not, you know, 10 feet away, and -- but, usually, I'm not in that position. And everyone's tested. Because I'm the president, they get tested before they see me.”
“I don't know if you need mandatory, because you have many places in the country where people stay very long distance. You talk about social distancing. But I'm all for masks...I mean, I would have no problem. Actually, I had a mask on. I sort of liked the way I looked, OK? I thought it was OK,” Trump said Wednesday. “It was a dark, black mask, and I thought it looked OK. Looked like the Lone Ranger. But, no, I have no problem with that. I think -- and if people feel good about it, they should do it.”

Far from the stupidest thing he's ever said. Actually, might be among the less idiotic things he's said. Low bar, I know.

The White House is not planning an immediate response to intelligence reports of Russian bounties given to Taliban-linked militants to kill U.S. and coalition forces in Afghanistan because President Trump does not believe the reports are true or “actionable,” according to two senior administration officials.

I hope his final days are in a prison.

I hope the Russia bounty thing is a problem for Trump, but I’m just envisioning his supporters’ responses to it now.

“It’s not even true”
“We don’t have enough information to know if it’s true or not. Do you think they jump every time any info comes in?”
“Nobody has been tougher on Russia than Trump”
“We're in a war with the Taliban, you think they needed bounties to encourage them to kill our troops?”
“Troops are there to fight and sometimes they die, what do you expect?”
“Trump didn’t start the war, he was against it.”
“The US armed the Taliban in the first place when they were at war with Russia, why should we be surprised Russia is repaying the favor?”

I think you’ve nailed it. Unlikely to move the needle. But if it keeps him on the defensive for a bit, so much the better.
