Neighbor put a leather sofa that was in OK shape on CL and people wanted him to deliver it. Its nothing new.

It's unbelievable. My simple ad clearly states "offer good until ad is gone" and "best offer" and "you need to come take it" and all I'm getting is A) is it available??!!!! B) how much? C) can you deliver to Middle Earth
