The democratic response to this is so dumb. Accept the results, declare this as good news, potentially even apologize for what has occurred then quietly ask for full release.

Start to shift attention to your 2020 candidates, insurance coverage and tax cuts.

Russiagate is a political win for Trump. Trying to fight that is stupid.
On a scale of 1 to Chris Brown, how pissed is he?

I guess my brain is just too damn small to think multi-linearly but I just keep coming back to this simple question - if nothing untoward was going on between the Trump Campaign and Russians/the Russian Government, why did those involved find it necessary to lie about their communications? And not only did they lie, they went to some length to cover-up those lies. In many cases, there were several levels of lies before the truth finally emerged. Perhaps the report is not quite as rosy as Barr's summary would lead us all to believe. Maybe these guys are much better at this than we thought.

I couldn't agree more with this take (except maybe the apology). Continued fighting only looks like sour grapes and feeds into the GOPs view that this was nothing but a witch hunt and Dem vendetta from the beginning. "They're out to get me by whatever means necessary, don't let them get away with it."

Today on: Which Lindsay Graham is it?

Sen. Lindsey Graham (R-S.C.) said on Monday that Attorney General William Barr should come before the Judiciary Committee to discuss special counsel Robert Mueller 's probe.

There is some more to this, like wanting to investigate Comey, Loretta Lynch, Clinton, etc.
yawn

New from @LauraAJarrett: ~3 weeks ago, special counsel’s team came to brief AG Bill Barr & Deputy AG Rod Rosenstein on the investigation & told the top DOJ officials that Mueller would not be reaching a conclusion on obstruction of justice, per source familiar with the meeting

This is what won 2018 and what will win 2020. And a general aversion to Trump's toxicity. Not his potentially obstructing justice by firing Jim Comey. Who gives a goddamn shit compared to the actual tangible harm he causes.
