That Trump is untouchable is utterly unsurprising.

This was never the path, got to beat him in the field not in the courts.

That wasn't Mueller's charge. He's handed those off.

I'm surprised that Mueller seems to have no more indictments coming from his assignment. He was very lenient on Flynn and other co-operators regarding conspiring with the Russians. He did that to get the bigger fish - fish like Trump, Donny One Scoop, Jared.

Seeing the report will add some clarification. I don't fully understand what Russia stuff Mueller might be handing off.

Absent some Russia smocking guns, Trumpers will howl at the mere money laundering RICO charges coming down the road.

@SethAbramson

Does this sound like Mueller to anyone? Not to me.

(1) Mueller told Corsi he'd indict him if he didn't cut a deal.
(2) Mueller explained to Corsi both the indictment and the deal.
(3) Corsi gave Mueller the middle finger—and he did it on YouTube.
(4) Mueller didn't indict Corsi.

(1) Mueller had Flynn on lobbying and conspiracy to kidnap charges.
(2) Mueller cut a deal with Flynn—presumably to get his superiors.
(3) Flynn cooperated fully—per Mueller.
(3) Mueller indicted no one who was Flynn's superior.

(1) Mueller fought months to get testimony from a grand jury witness (Miller).
(2) Mueller fought months to get documents from a state-owned foreign corp.
(3) Mueller gave up without getting either the witness or the documents.

(1) Mueller is prosecuting Roger Stone in November.
(2) The facts underlying Stone's charges suggest he's a Trump-Russia link.
(3) Mueller is reporting in now—though Stone may cooperate and give him critical info for his report.

(1) Mueller told Trump he wanted to have a sit-down interview with him.
(2) Trump said no.
(3) Evidence emerged that Trump's written answers to Mueller were false.
(4) Mueller quickly gave up on interviewing Trump face-to-face.

(1) Ivanka Trump is a key witness in the Mueller investigation.
(2) Mueller never interviewed her.
(3) Jared Kushner was suspected of several crimes, per media reporting.
(4) Mueller never interviewed him on any of those topics.

(1) Mueller gave shady operator George Nader immunity from prosecution.
(2) Nader spent a year giving Mueller info on Russia, Saudi Arabia, and UAE.
(3) Not one indictment resulted from that year of George Nader supplying intel.

My point here is that none of the noise tonight matters: what matters is that experts in this case, in law, and in criminal investigation have no earthly idea how the public speculation—that the Trump administration and Trump family dodged all bullets—could *possibly* be correct.
