I mean has Cohen here on the form filing, but he could have made it better by not being shrill about it.
I'd have to see the form to form an opinion. Also believe it could be argued that N/A is not a response in the negative.

When applying for the Deutsche Bank loan (and, of course, to convince other NFL owners that he was rich enough), it was in Trump’s interest to appear as wealthy as possible. So, in the most recent financial statement, Trump added $4 billion to his assets with the previously unused and extremely nebulous line item “Brand Value.”

This is not uncommon. Maybe the near doubling of his worth is through something so subjective, but stupid things like brand get shoved into the "good will" portion of the negotiation, then those funds are sequestered for an agreed upon period of time incase the value is not there. Where theoretically that becomes a negotiation, I have more often seen it withdrawn by the acquirer leading to a court fight. I've never seen the litigation result in a positive result for the seller, which I have always categorized as this value being difficult to value over performance which is tangibly recognized. The frequent result is a name change, which is inevitable in an M&A anyway.
Now taking that intangible, and clearly speculative and trying to attribute it as personal wealth is a twist, but I never lived in the banking world.

Havent watched anything today, but I thought his prepared opening statement pointed to the fraudulent valuations he would use to acquire financing and real estate tax rebates.
