She nailed it...she set up the issues of why having the tax returns are so important, plus she put Cohen on record by suggesting the names of the people he committee needs to talk to concerning the financial transactions and how he "understated" the value of his properties to get a better tax deal.

You don't get the full effect of trump's idiocy except through closed captioning. Watching him struggle through his explanation of the coitus interruptus with Kim at the gym was truly mind boggling.

My guess is it will turn out he was helping to hide money being funneled from russia through the NRA. And Mcconnell was one of those receiving money through that channel and other russian channels, so he was involved in this scandal, too. The whole RNC is an organized crime syndicate.

He is the candidate mentioned in the russian hacker indictments, I bet. Some candidate received the stolen emails before they were given to wikileaks and the candidate supposedly used them in his campaign. He's friends with Stone and Trump endorsed him right after the news in the indictments.

Besides the fact that it's clear you don't know what the RNC is or what it does, Cohen didn't get his post there until April 2017.
